Bookings

To ensure availability and pickup arrangements, all bookings must be made at least 72 hours prior to departure. Last-minute bookings may be accepted depending on availability and are subject to our confirmation.

Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations made more than 72 hours before departure are free of charge.

• Cancellations made up to 48 hours before departure will incur a 10% service fee.

• Cancellations made between 48 and 24 hours before departure will incur a 50% charge.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before departure or failure to attend the activity will result in a 100% charge.

Important Informations

• All guests must strictly follow the instructions provided by the boat or catamaran captains at all times.

• We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any activity due to adverse weather conditions that may compromise guest safety.

• Children under the age of 12 must be accompanied by a responsible adult.

• Exotik operates with valid insurance coverage and holds all required licenses in accordance with regulations set by the Mauritian authorities and the Tourism Authority.
